Ashley Martin specializes in investment Properties, first home buyers, the Skyline community, the Spanish Fort area, and Waterfront property.

Ashley has a vast array of knowledge, achievements, and awards, but that isn’t why you should call her for ALL of your real estate needs. You should call her because you want someone who will care, someone who will listen, and someone who will work hard FOR YOU day and night! With ten years teaching experience, working hard is second nature to Ashley, who was voted as Teacher of the Year during the 2020-2021 school year. This was the first year schools were taught both in person and online at the same time, putting extra pressure on teachers and students. Ashley was nicknamed “Miss Congeniality” at one of the schools she taught at because she was always smiling and happily going above and beyond to help those around her succeed, learn, and grow! The principal at her kids’ school recently said to her: “I don’t think I’ver ever seen you without a huge smile on your face,” which is a very true statement about Ashley. 

Over the last few years, Ashley’s love for teaching has transitioned from the classroom to the real estate market. One of her favorite things about this transition has been working with former students to purchase their first home! Her knowledge doesn't stop there! As a real estate investor herself, Ashley enjoys helping people looking to invest in our area find those diamonds in the rough! Bringing homes back to their glory days and helping make our community even more beautiful is something she is passionate about, which is what encouraged she and her husband, John, to start flipping homes in the South Alabama area. In her free time, Ashley enjoys spending time with her fabulous husband, John, their two kiddos, and their Great Dane, Phoebe.
