About Ashley

Ashley was born in Jasper, AL. Her father moved to Orange Beach when she was ten years old. She spent much of her adolescence playing on the beaches and sailing our beautiful waters with her family. After studying communications at the University of Alabama Ashley graduated from Montana State University with a degree in Film, Television, and Theater Arts. Throughout her career she has continued to write screenplays, stories, blogs and essays. Her first feature film, Prairie Love, which she co-wrote, and executive produced premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in 2011 and is still available on Amazon today. Ashley’s aunt and uncle, Mike and Melanie Martin, had the first interior design shop on Pleasure Island in the 1980’s. Her father, Pat Martin, designed and developed many homes, condo complexes, and commercial properties on the island, including Bella Luna and Sand Roc Cay. Ashley began selling Alabama gulf coast real estate 17 years ago. She has excelled as a knowledgeable, professional and ethical representative of this beautiful area and all it has to offer. She specializes in the second home and investment market. You won’t find a more knowledgeable guide to Alabama gulf coast properties.
