In 2022, my family made the decision that changed our lives forever.

After building a successful real estate business in Colorado for more than 20+ years and helping over 1,000 families buy and sell homes, we decided it was time to stop dreaming about the beach and start living it. We packed up our lives, left Colorado behind, and moved to Alabama's beautiful Gulf Coast.

It was one of the best decisions we've ever made.

Today, I'm the Team Leader and Broker of The Carden Group at eXp Realty, and my passion is helping others make the same life-changing move. Since relocating, I've already helped numerous Colorado families successfully transition to the Alabama Gulf Coast, and nothing is more rewarding than handing someone the keys to a home while watching them begin the next chapter of their lives.
